These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of e-Gift Cards issued by La Luna Kendal. By purchasing or using an e-Gift Card, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Purchasing

• E-Gift Cards can be purchased online via our website or in person at the restaurant.

• You may choose from a selection of preset denominations or enter a custom amount (within the stated limits).

• E-Gift Cards are delivered via email to the recipient or purchaser after payment has been successfully processed.

3. Redemption

• E-Gift Cards are redeemable only at La Luna Kendal, for food and drink purchases made in-house.

• The e-Gift Card code must be presented (digitally or printed) at the time of payment.

• No change will be given, but any remaining balance can be used toward future purchases.

• E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.

4. Validity

• La Luna e-Gift Cards do not expire.

5. Returns and Refunds

• E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• 6. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat your e-Gift Card as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged e-Gift Cards will not be replaced.

• La Luna Kendal is not responsible for unauthorised use of the e-Gift Card.

7. Limitations

• E-Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data collected during the purchase of an e-Gift Card will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

• We do not store full payment card details.

9. Changes to Terms

• La Luna Kendal reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
